Les présentes Conditions d’utilisation s’appliquent à toutes les personnes utilisant le site https://alfia.org (ci-après « le Site »).
Toute personne accédant au Site est définie comme utilisateur (ci-après « Utilisateur »).
Le site est édité dans le cadre du projet « Les Humanités arabes », porté par Med Ali Éditions (Tunisie ), Dar Atlas (Syrie) et EN TOUTES LETTRES (Maroc), ci-après dénommés « les partenaires », et soutenu par AFAC avec le financement de l’Agence suisse de développement et de coopération, et par l’Institut français dans le cadre de Livres des deux rives et de l’Institut français du Maroc.
Les partenaires, liés par convention, désignent EN TOUTES LETTRES, S.A.R.L. au capital de 20 000 dirhams, immatriculée au Registre du commerce et des sociétés de Casablanca sous le n° 255321, dont le siège social est situé au 12 rue Sabri Boujemaâ, 1er étage, app. 6 – Derb Omar, 20 000, Casablanca, Maroc (Tel : 00 212 5 22 29 68 48) pour assumer les responsabilités légales et le portage technique du site internet.
La directrice de la publication est Kenza Sefrioui.
EN TOUTES LETTRES se réserve le droit de modifier ou de mettre à jour les conditions d’utilisation sans avoir à en avertir les Utilisateurs et sans accord préalable. Les Utilisateurs peuvent consulter, à tout moment, les Conditions d’utilisation à jour en se rendant sur la page d’accueil du site accessible à l’adresse suivante : alfia.org
L’Utilisateur doit disposer d’une connexion Internet et du matériel informatique adéquat pour accéder au Site, dont les coûts restent à sa charge.
L’accès au Site est réservé à un usage personnel et privé.

L’Utilisateur dispose à tout moment, gratuitement et sans motif, d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, de suppression ou d’opposition aux données personnelles le concernant. Il lui suffit d’écrire, en indiquant ses nom, prénom, adresse et mail, à info@alfia.org.
PROTECTION DU DROIT DE PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE SUR LE SITE
Sauf mention contraire, tout le contenu du Site est mis à disposition sous un contrat Creative Commons. 
Selon cette licence l’Utilisateur est libre de :
- Partager – copier, distribuer et communiquer le matériel par tous moyens et sous tous formats
- Adapter – remixer, transformer et créer à partir du matériel
selon les conditions suivantes :
- À chaque réutilisation ou distribution, l’Utilisateur doit faire apparaître clairement aux autres les conditions contractuelles de mise à disposition de cette création.
- Chacune de ces conditions peut être levée si l’Utilisateur obtient l’autorisation du titulaire des droits.
Ce qui précède n’affecte en rien les droits de l’Utilisateur (exceptions au droit d’auteur : copies réservées à l’usage privé du copiste, courtes citations, parodie…)
RESPECT PAR L’UTILISATEUR DES DROITS DE PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE SUR LES OEUVRES DIFFUSÉES SUR LE SITE
L’Utilisateur garantit qu’il ne modifiera pas, ne louera pas, ne prêtera pas, ne vendra pas ou ne distribuera pas les œuvres diffusées sur le Site.
L’impression n’est autorisée qu’à l’usage privé et exclusif de l’Utilisateur, à l’exclusion de toute autre utilisation sans autorisation préalable écrite d’EN TOUTES LETTRES.
ABSENCE DE GARANTIES DE QUALITÉ, CONTINUITÉ, ACCESSIBILITÉ DU SITE, ETC.
EN TOUTES LETTRES a pris les précautions d’usage pour assurer tant une fiabilité d’informations qu’un accès sécurisé à son site. Cependant EN TOUTES LETTRES ne peut, en aucun cas, garantir l’absence totale d’erreur matérielle, de déficience technique ou autre. Plus généralement, EN TOUTES LETTRES ne peut être tenu responsable des dommages consécutifs, spéciaux ou accidentels, directs ou indirects, résultant de l’accès ou de l’utilisation du Site.
DROIT APPLICABLE
Ces Conditions d’utilisation sont régies, interprétées et appliquées conformément au droit marocain, la langue d’interprétation étant la langue arabe en cas de contestation sur la signification d’un terme ou d’une disposition des présentes Conditions d’utilisation.
Tout litige naissant de l’utilisation du Site sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des juridictions marocaines.

These Terms of Use apply to all persons using the website https://alfia.org (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Any person accessing the Site is defined as a user (hereinafter referred to as “User”).
The website is published within the project “Arab Humanities,” carried out by Med Ali Éditions (Tunisia), Dar Atlas (Syria), and EN TOUTES LETTRES (Morocco), hereinafter referred to as “the partners,” and supported by AFAC with funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, as well as by the Institut français within the “Livres des deux rives” program and the Institut français of Morocco.
The partners, bound by agreement, designate EN TOUTES LETTRES, a limited liability company (S.A.R.L.) with a capital of 20,000 dirhams, registered with the Casablanca Trade and Companies Register under number 255321, whose registered office is located at 12 rue Sabri Boujemaâ, 1st floor, apartment 6 – Derb Omar, 20,000, Casablanca, Morocco (Tel: +212 5 22 29 68 48), to assume legal responsibility and the technical management of the website.
The publication director is Kenza Sefrioui.
EN TOUTES LETTRES reserves the right to modify or update the terms of use without notifying Users and without prior consent. Users may consult the updated Terms of Use at any time by visiting the homepage of the Site accessible at the following address: alfia.org.
The User must have an Internet connection and appropriate computer equipment to access the Site, the costs of which remain their responsibility.
Access to the Site is reserved for personal and private use.

PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ON THE SITE
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is made available under a Creative Commons license.
Under this license, the User is free to:

under the following conditions:

The User guarantees that they will not modify, rent, lend, sell, or distribute the works published on the Site.
Printing is permitted only for the User’s private and exclusive use, excluding any other use without prior written authorization from EN TOUTES LETTRES.
NO GUARANTEES REGARDING QUALITY, CONTINUITY, ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SITE, ETC.
EN TOUTES LETTRES has taken standard precautions to ensure both the reliability of information and secure access to its website. However, EN TOUTES LETTRES cannot guarantee the complete absence of material errors, technical deficiencies, or other issues. In particular, and without limitation, EN TOUTES LETTRES does not guarantee the continuity and quality of the services available on the Site.
In the event of software updates, the User may encounter connection problems. EN TOUTES LETTRES cannot be held liable for such difficulties. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use are governed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute regarding the meaning of a term or provision of these Terms of Use, the Arabic language shall be the language of interpretation.
Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.

وقد عيّن الشركاء، بموجب اتفاقية، شركة «ان توت لتر» ذات المسؤولية المحدودة (رأسمالها 20,000 درهم)، والمسجلة في السجل التجاري للشركات بالدار البيضاء تحت رقم 255321، والتي يقع مقرها الاجتماعي في 12 شارع صبري بوجمعة، الطابق الأول، شقة 6 – درب عمر، 20,000، الدار البيضاء، المغرب (هاتف: +212 5 22 29 68 48)، لتولي المسؤوليات القانونية والإدارة التقنية للموقع الإلكتروني.
مديرة النشر هي كنزة اصفريوي.
تحتفظ شركة EN TOUTES LETTRES بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث شروط الاستخدام دون إشعار المستخدمين مسبقاً ودون الحصول على موافقتهم. ويمكن للمستخدمين الاطلاع في أي وقت على شروط الاستخدام المحدثة عبر الصفحة الرئيسية للموقع على العنوان التالي: alfia.org.
